when mine are bad, I experience horrible cramps, and extreme pressure in my lower back, I usually get violently ill and then ache all over.
The only thing that helps me are heating pads (therma care disposable ones are great if you have to go anywhere ) and I take ibuprofen or Advil like clock work. If I miss it by an hour I pay dearly and then can't keep them down. I hope we all find real help eventually!

Yeah, I've been having some issues with my legs and at times they'll feel really weird. Sometime my lower body will get this weird feeling and then when I go to move I'll feel like all my strength has been drained from the entire region.

Sometimes I have super bad cramps -not usually enough to make me vomit, but every period I get what I call 'jello legs'. No one seems to know what I'm talking about.

I feel this way too. This sucks!! I spend a lot of time and energy trying to be healthy; I workout five days a week, I eat well 80% of the time, I don't smoke, I drink water. Why are our bodies doing this to us?

From what the nurse at work told me since a main vain runs from your tubes or uterus can't remember any who that vain runs to your leg causing the pain
