I've tried that too iRiS but it doesn't help for long, most of the time I just have to wait it out. I've had laparoscopic surgery back in 2012 and that help temporary for a little over a year before the pain came back. My next laparoscopy is in October so I'm hoping for some relief even if it's just temporary.

For me herb has helped alot but I hate smoking
