I have to have pain meds. Tramadol is what works best for me. Before I ever tried it, I had taken Percocet and Vicodin, which helped but made me worse after it wore off. One time, a doctor suggested I try Tramadol and I couldn't believe how much it helped even though it's not as strong as Percocet or Vicodin.

My heating pad is my best friend on my bad days! That is the only thing besides the meds that help me. Sorry to hear she's going thru this..
