If so, do you think 1 condition can flare up the other and ideas of causes and/or best ways to manage flare-ups and symptoms?

I am new to this and have been going to doctors with pain since January this year. I finally was referred and went to my OBGYN in July. She diagnosed me with Endo and said to take constant contraceptive pills for 6 months to try to manage the pain. So far I'm only 7 weeks into the 6 months and I'm struggling with the pain more and more each day. Been having this for last couple of weeks, ive been having prostap injections for 5 months and have a coil, any ideas what it could be? Im sure its not gas! I have 2 kids so i know what its like when a baby kicks and it feels exactly the same

I just had sex for the third time ever but for the second and third time, I felt a sharp pain shoot from my butt and lower back. I didn’t feel the pain in my lower abdomen though. The pain was worse off when doing the doggy style. Is this normal during the first times you have sex or I actually have endometriosis.

Don't know if I just need to vent but some advice would be appreciated too. I had my third Laparscopy towards the end of May this year. The removed endo from the Pouch of Douglas and Pelvic Wall. After previous surgeries I have generally felt a good bit of relief in the coming months. I also have PCOS. I'm not feeling as much relief as I thought I would by now. This month has been horrific. Hi ive got endo stage 4 been diagnosed this year. I do know I've got it on my bowel. I'm just wondering if any one else get severe pain after eating, pls can anyone help?
