What Natural Things For Endo Pain Have You Tried?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

What natural remedies have you tried for Endo and how successful were they? (Ie acupuncture, herbs, diet etc) I tried edible Cbc only marajauna and it didn't do anything for me. I don't want to be high which is why I opted for cbc only. Looking into acupuncture now and diet etc. but not sure if it is worth it...

I have tried many different natural healing options for endo, the best option for me was my diet. Mainly I don't eat Gluten or sugar, they both give me bad reactions and pain.

I would also look into supplements like Evening Primrose oil. I have done lots of research on it all and the best book I bought was this one

I've been having accupuncture 4 the last 2 months and it's def helped. I have stage 4 endo and usually can't move 4 a day each month during my period but 4 the last 2 months the pain has halved at least, maybe worth a try x

Also forgot to add coconut oil. It's good for your internal organs, as well as our things. They have it in a pill form. But my skin gets dry from certain medications. I use it as a moisturizer after I shave. It's great for your hair. I also feed it to my dogs. It's good for their internal organs and helps keep their coats healthy. I get mine from Costco. It's about $25 for two 42.3 ounce tubs. Natural and great to cook with (rather than using butter or a cooking oil spray)

Good morning! For the headaches or migraines, I use microwaveable neck wraps from Earth Therapuetics. The contain chamomile & lavender. The scent helps alot! I like the round neck wraps because the fit comfortably, especially if it's one of those days you spend in bed. They are just under $20 with shipping. Safe site! I order all the time.

Also Papaya Ezymes for the nausea! Walmart's Spring Valley brand tastes the best. Does NOT counter act against any medication!! I give it to my children as well. (helps with diarrhea) I started using it a long time ago when I had an ovarian cyst that was draining. We all know how sick that makes up feel. Papaya & milk were the only things that helped.
Raspberry Tea! The woman's tea....helps tremendously for cramps!!! I prefer the Bigelow brand, but there are several kinds out there.
Hope some of this helps you!!💛
