Has Anyone Else Had Surgeons Use Surgical Mesh On Ovaries/tubes?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

When I had a paratubal cyst aspirated in 2010, the surgeon used something called INTERCEED (a surgical mesh) to wrap up my ovary and tube. I think it's supposed to prevent adhesions, but I've recently read some studies that imply it can actually cause them. Wondering if anyone else has had experience post-op where surgical mesh was used?

I know with the bladder meshes there are a lot of law suits. It's hard to know what is right for your body...
