Tablets??
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone take any tablets they can recommend me? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I won't some pain relief that will actually help!

CarliJade we are opposites! I tried coedine and it did nothing but naproxen seems to work. Just goes to show how medication affects everyone differently. :)

I take Nurofen Plus (Ibuprofen & Codeine) - it takes the edge off, but nothing more. Makes it more manageable when I really need it, but has let me down more as time passes (probably used to it now). As a stop-gap, it might give some temporary relief x

The only pain relief I've found to help for me personally is naproxen.

I have used 50mg of Tramadol for a couple of years along with 800mg of Ibuprofen. Some months I still faint from the pain but the combo has helped a little. Good luck!

Ibuprofen is about the only OTC medication that may help relieve some symptoms, although likely unnoticeable if taken when your pains are very bad. Kratom is a powdered leaf that works like opiates but is not as strong, and can be purchased online. I pour the powder into capsules and take them orally, about 2-4 grams (very low dose), but sometimes more is needed.
