Does anyone else experience bouts of not having a bowel movement for a day or two and then having near constant diarrhea?
My diet is regular, I avoid foods that I know upset my stomach (spicy, greasy, etc) yet no matter what I do/try/eat I go through these cycles-which also don't seem to be connected to menstruation....

yes, near my pd i get this it is a tad better when i eat my endo diet but i still get it
I have found that my diarrhea bouts are brought on by food heavy in gluten or rich dairy. Sadly it also happens when I eat a lot of red meat.
Oh, and corn does it too, and sweets.
Walmart and drug stores have anti-diarrhea medicines. I like the soft gel instead of the hard pill. Not every day use. As needed use, some days 1 helps really bad days 3. Prep H wipes and ointment stuff too.
Ya I went to mine for the first time and explained what my first lap was like and how twisted my bowels were. Had to do a colonoscopy to check for damage or anything like that. He explained how it all relates and how messed up your bowels get when they can't function properly. So when they can't function you have moments of your bowels trying to empty and not being able to or hard to. Then when it's clear, your body has regulated to that system. Endo does a lot of damage :/ the women with endo in my family wound up with tummy issues too
