I am 30, no kids
Having children soon is primary goal. Have endometrioma on one ovary, hemorrhagic cyst on other ovary. Endometrial tissue inside right fallopian tube and cyst at anterior cul de sac. Need surgery and want to know which one would be best to ensure highest success rate for fertility. Please help!
