Pain Problems
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have tried everything for my lower abdominal pain. I have tried a heating pad, hot shower, cold shower ibuprofen, alive, anti inflammatory which is prescribed for it I even took a norco a couple hours ago with no relief. What else could I try for pain relief?

Vissane, pelvic pain stopper
Replaces birth control
I was on it for 7months with no pain and no period.

The problem with pain is that your muscles spasm in response making it more painful. Try Progressive Muscle Relaxation by Jacobson (physio therapy), acupuncture I've heard works wonders, and otherwise just yoga twice a week.

Get medical grade chamomile (i.e. from a pharmacy) as it helps with inflammation too
Remember to not take pain killers with paracetamol as it does nothing for endo pain.

Hope that helps!
