No it doesnt hurt at all. I found it very relaxing and helpful. Only downfall is expensive, you have to go alot,

I find accupuncture is a life saver for me! I see a Chinese doctor every Wednesday- she does accupuncture and cupping. It really helps me- its quiet time to focus it's helped my tense neck and back pain as I hold all my pain and stress in my shoulders!

I personally would highly recommend it to anyone but that's just me.

On the plus side it's been 3 weeks since I quit smoking and my circulation is getting better already.

Has anyone else tried it?
