Spent last night from 7 pm until 2 am in the emergency room. I was having severe chest pain and with the epigastric pain and was worried about having pancreatitis again or a heart attack. I would go back and ask for a MRI. There could be so very many things going on. I have the same fear of being labeled a drug seeker. I was in so much pain over the weekend that I drove myself to the ER, sat in the parking lot, asked myself what more can they do besides prescribe pain meds, and then drove away.

I see this was uploaded almost a year ago. I really wish you don’t have to go through this. How are you doing now?

Yes gall bladder disease is possible as well as endometriosis throughout your pelvis and on the stomach, liver and other areas. Imaging does not show up adhesions or endometriosis. Did they do a gall bladder ultrasound? Also they can check for kidney stones with renal ultrasound which have the severe pain you describe as do a number of acute abdominal problems. Can the ER consult a reproductive endocrinologist if available in your city? Most ER physicians have no training or interest in endometriosis.
