It seems when I lay perfectly still for a minute or two, the pain is greatly reduced. As soon as I move, it begins to hurt worse again.
If I'm have a partically painful day, eating causes me a lot of pain about 5-30 minutes afterwards. If I'm have a normal day, I'll hurt just a little bit after I eat, but it's enough to be noticeable.
Does anyone else experience this or any other triggers?
Yes, we need to avoid gluten! But I find it hard since so much food has it.
Anyone know of a gluten free bread?
Yes! During really painful times, I actually feel like I'm hungry more often. But every time I eat, the pain starts soon after! I sometimes avoid eating to not trigger more episodes.
I have noticed that certain foods result in more pain. Not sure if you've heard of the endometriosis diet? There are a whole list of foods to avoid (beef, dairy, sugar etc). I haven't regularly followed it but plan to.
Yes my stomach hurts after certain foods ESP chocolate (my fave) And sausages
Haha we all need to indulge at times ;) Thanks for the tips, sounds yummy!
I'm glad to hear it's not all in my mind!
How long have you been doing the diet? Has it helped so far?
