I found a book called the violet protocol . Endometriosis bible . The book is really worth reading . There are really strict rules when it comes to a diet . I would really recommend to read it .

Hi I have tried to read what everyone is saying not sure if someone has more info on this but I have read that avoiding soy is probably a good idea as it tends to boost estrogen ? I try eat less sugar and gluten but I'm not great at it. Will be trying harder in the next while
