I am in the process of being diagnosed with endometriosis after several years of symptoms.
I have experienced fatigue since around 2009 which has gradually increased over the years. It got particularly bad last year and I was eventually diagnosed with CFS/ME and signed off work for several months.

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member It doesn't get better when I'm off the pill. A couple things that have helped me some are rest breaks during the day and trying my best to eat an appropriate amount of single-ingredient carbs. Also, during the times I'm well enough to work out, I don't strength train two days in a row. It's taken some time to figure these things out, and hopefully you'll find some things that help as time passes. π
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member it's so frustrating isn't it! Do you find that your fatigue is better during your week's break from the pill? I was also finding that, which is another reason I thought I'd give it another go, although I expect the pain will leave me feeling just as exhausted anyway!

My doctor also swears fatigue isn't a side effect and I'm just like, π
I'm on the pill and I do get pretty bad fatigue, but I did prior to the pill as well. I've found so many different things can impact my fatigue and sometimes it's hard to pinpoint a reason. I'm sorry you have to deal with this fatigue nonsense as well -- it's so crushing sometime. Best of luck with your diagnosis π
