Has anyone here been sterilised in their 20s? Did it help with symptoms?

You mean hysterectomy? I had everything removed at 21 and it didn't help me at all. I'm 42 now and the endo is on my bladder and cysts all over my pelvis. I've had 32 surgeries since I was 16.
