My doc told me I can begin working out 2 weeks post op so I did and I feel a little funky after , is it too soon? I hate this disease and all of the emotional ups and downs and decisions that have to be made :( Just having a bad day , bad stomach pains and I can still feel ovulation after the lap surgery I thought that would be gone.
My doc said same after my first surgery - it was way too soon. As above, listen to your body and don't push yourself - we all heal at different rates and you don't want to risk complicating things further. In all honesty it took about three months before I could work out properly.
Hi.. I'm sorry to here you're having a bad day I pray you feel better, but I would have to agree with Ashley you have to listen to your body.
I wish I had a factual answer π¬ But I would say just listen to your body ..
How are your symptoms now @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member ? I'm hoping your pain has reduced after a few months healing?
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member my endo symptoms never left , 2wks post op and still having painful periods they are worst , im fortunate in that I only have pain during periods and not any other time but itβs so awful
