I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 endo after a laparoscopic surgery to remove my gallbladder and addhesions left over from surgeries when I was a baby. Supposedly there is supposed to be daylight between your uterus and the back of your body cavity, there isn’t any in my case. Endo is bad enough that it is preventing my uterus form moving freely, it’s completely ridged due to endo adhesions

I had stage for endo with the same thing, having my bladder, bowels, uterus and ovaries fused together. I tried Lupron first but the problem with that is it does not help the damage that is already done. I did not feel any relief. I just had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago and left ovaries. So far so good. It is still early so only time will tell.
