I saw a psychologist for the first time the other day and she was really nice and caring, but some of the questions really got to me and I felt almost pressured to answering them. Afterwards I felt really upset and I can't get my emotions under control. I don't see her again for two weeks, but I don't know what to do in the meantime. I feel like an emotional wreck and I don't really understand why I feel like this.
