I take probiotics every day. I also try to only wear cotton underwear, change when I get home from work or after working out, and only wear loser cotton to bed (all were suggestions from the dr).

yes i suffered with infections its very differcult to cut out all yeast from diet but i havent had a problem in 3 years but if i have anything wit yeast i would be in pain very quickly

The bc pill is probably causing them.
