I get a lot of recipes from Prescribe Nutrition. Not specifically endo diet, but it’s clean eating and they promote dairy free, gluten free, fresh foods. And they are amazing, inspiring women who keep it real.
Check out the Yummly app. You can input your dietary restrictions and it will spit out hundreds of recipes for you. It's been a life saver for me!! And there may not be scientific evidence but there is certainly a TON of real life testimonials from women with endo who have changed their diets and noticed a significant improvement in their symptoms. That is enough to motivate me to give it a try and it's worked for me too! It's more common sense than anything - endo = inflammation = pain. Reduce inflammation = reduction in pain.
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I've had surgery, it didn't help, so I'm lupron for now. I had someone comment on one of my posts about an endo diet, avoiding inflammatory foods and what those are, just looking for recipes to see if it helps.
There is no scientific evidence that any particular diet can either prevent growth of endo or reduce symptoms - better off finding a decent surgeon and finding smell decent heat pads in the mean time
