I’ve been in pain 24/7 for two years. I am trying to preserve my fertility, or at least my uterus, so trying all the available options (including 2 laparoscopies) before having a hysterectomy. I take 90 mg of morphine a day with Percocet for breakthrough pain, which still doesn’t offer enough relief for me to start working again. Does anyone else experience this much pain 24/7?
I just feel kinda alone sometimes.
I’m sorry to hear that girl, I suffered from severe pain 24/7 for about 6 months before I got my endo diagnosis, then I started birth control and my pain has significantly lowered. But I have also changed my diet completely. I noticed that the better I eat the better I feel. I was feeling great for about 3 months with pain in and off then I got sooo much worse to the point I thought my body was attacking itself and there was no hope. Turns out I also have fibromyalgia. And I have been fighting both for about 4 months now. I’m sorry to hear that you feel bad all the time. Please eat healthy, exercise and if you can’t do that then meditate, CBD oil helps with pain.
Are there any diet resources you recommend? I've seen positive feedback from people who followed an "endo diet."
