Hip And Low Back Pain Worse Than Pelvic Pain, Increased After Ovulation
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone ever feel the majority of your pain in your hips and lower back during a flare? I certainly have pretty severe pain in my pelvic area, and thats where it actually started, but my hips and lower back feel like there's so much pressure in them its painful to sit or lay in any position. My sacral joints are on fire. Just finished ovulating and now i basically get to have worsening pain for 2 more weeks until my period is over. My hips feel like they are going to bust apart. I am the same way! My specialist recommended i try massage therapy, see a chiropractor and do pilates! I also just had an xray done that showed a hip problem. Would be something to look into for you ladies! Good luck!

Yes. Most my pain is not in my pelvic area i believe because i already had exercision in those places not long ago. My low back all the way up to mid back now kills and my ribs are always on fire. My hips also hurt

Absolutely! So much so that when I was in labor with my son I didn't know it. I told the doctor i felt like I was having period cramps.... I was having predominantly back labor and contracting less than every three mins. ... They were shocked when I said that is what my.pms cramps feel like

Yes! Exactly the same worse in the left side but today all across my lower back. Had my diagnostic lap two weeks ago and they found stage three Endo on my left uterosacral ligament and on my right ovarian fossa (which is killing right now)! My lower back pain was only relieved by falling into a fridge at work and severely bruising the back of my forearm (think it’s the adrenaline). I would google Endo on the uterosacral ligaments if I were you!
