Hi there, I take melatonin not relating to my endometriosis but because I often have trouble sleeping after a night shift and I also find it amazing! Not sure how it works in relation to you not getting a migraine but the fact that it allows you to get through the day without heaps of painkillers is very good!
I had been in the same dilemma but later on, I switched it with a warm bath with Epsom salts; meditation; yoga and magnesium glycinate supplements. It took a little bit of time for my body to adjust but I am now sleeping 7-9 hrs every night; deep sleep. And I quit my job to regulate my sleep and my hormones by getting enough sleep. I lost a lot but the process I put myself into to regain back my health was worth it.
