Any Success With Holistic Remedies?

Hello, I am 41 years old and was recently surgically diagnosed with moderate (stage 3) endometriosis on June 21. Adhesions were removed along with two ovarian cysts (not PCOS). I have my follow up appointment tomorrow (June 25) and would like to try and discuss any holistic remedies out there in lieu of birth control pills or an IUD.

Has anyone had success with acupuncture, Chinese herbs, pelvic floor therapy or bioidentical hormones to manage endometriosis? I spent many years on birth control… read more

Acupuncture is great, but didn't help my pain much. Pelvic floor PT is great though, highly recommend!

A couple of the ladies I met here went to one & they said it was great but a little expensive. I never saw them on here anymore so I guess it worked. Best of luck to you & let us know how it went.

Hello and thank you! She's a sweet kitty! I think I am going to give acupuncture a try. I've found one in the area that has gotten many wonderful reviews! I'll post updates as I receive them!

Welcome & I love your kitty. I have heard acupuncture helps but I have never tried it myself.
