I experienced the same side effects. The fatigue is different than the fatigue I experience as a side effect from endo. I’m on both lupron and the iud and I am constantly exhausted. Bleeding has been irregular for me as well.

I think I'm having the same problem as you! I don't understand it but I'm changing my diet to see if that helps with it? I'm nearly at 6 months after having mirena fitted. Also having irregular bleeding almost everyday.

I only had endo pains.
