Popping Sensation

I had a surgery for my endo back in 2015 and got a lot of scar tissue and such scrapped off and it has steadly been getting worse the last three years. Recently I have been having this weird pop feeling where my lady bits are and it kind of feels like pop corn for lack of a better term. I was just wondering if anyone knew what that was about?
