I have been trying acupuncture lately and there are points she does to increase my energy. I literally sleep all day on and off. Its been helping me so far....like it has turned a light bulb back on in my head. The first time I got it I slept for 5 hours after but as I keep going, things have been changing

A couple of weeks each month I feel like this. I go from feeling 'normal' and keeping up with life, to needing 10 hrs sleep at night and a nap during the day. I haven't found anything in particular that helps, just 'giving in' and getting the sleep when I can. Sorry I know this isn't much help. Hope to see some other suggestions on this one.

I got off Lupron I was tired all the time and it wasn’t helping at all

I also have issues with fatigue and it SUCKS. The only thing I have found that helps is consistent exercise and exercise goals.
