i would go for the lap surgery to be absolutely sure ur symptoms are similar to wot i had in begining of being put on mini pill n kept getting told I didn't need to go to see gyno how wrong they where cos the mini pill hid all the pain they wasn't interested now im stage lv endo facing bigger surgery

Spotting and bleeding doesn’t mean the endo is spreading . Spotting and bleeding is already a symptom of endo and Adenomyosis as it is, no matter what stage your in . I’ve heard that endo and birth control sometimes don’t mix well and I’m considering on getting off of it myself because I’m having constant spotting and bleeding aswell, was never like this when I wasn’t on the pill. Yes, I was diagnosed about 3 years ago when I had a laparoscopy to remove an ovarian cyst. The endo was labeled mild at the time so it was not removed. I fear now with my symptoms it may be spreading.
