I had a chocolate cyst on my right ovary... severe pain every month then constant back & hip pain. It was very obvious when they did a vaginal ultrasound. I had it removed laprascopically a month ago along with a lot of endometriosis everywhere once they got in... intestines, bowels, both ovaries, etc. I’m lucky so far... good recovery and no more pain. Hope you get some answers and relief.... I’m new to all this, didn’t even know I had endometriosis - but happy to share whatever I can.
