Has anyone had abnormal uterine bleeding that varies in flow? I could be fine the whole day with just some spotting sometimes then at night I have a heavy flow soaking through my panties or sometimes it can be heavy the whole day or light the whole day. I also keep getting reoccurring BV infections . My doctor can’t seem to find a cause for my bleeding since I have no fibroids , cysts or endometriomas.
