Have to wait at least 4 months for my next laparoscopy. I have stage 3 endo and normally luckily only suffer for 2 weeks before, during and after period. My last laparoscopy will be 2 years ago. I have been having increasing amounts of pain this side of the year and since my last period over a week ago (lasting 2 days) I am in constant pain and brown spotting. Hello! I am having trouble finding pain medications that actually works to relieve pain. I have used narcotics in the past but those just make me sick. Ibuprofen and naproxen occasionally work but I need something that works! Any suggestions??

So i am on the marina coil and no longer have actual full on periods but once a month i get really bad headaches when i would normally have a period and a couple other signs which are manageable.
