Random Bleed After Surgery And Months Of No Bleed

I had surgery 8 months ago. I had a mirena coil fitted and endo cells removed. I today have experienced a massive bleed and pain. All of which have started and stopped in same day. Is this normal behaviour? The coil was fitted in the hope periods would stop as I also have Adenomyosis. Up until today this has mostly worked for pain but fully worked for bleeds.

Should I be concerned and contact surgeon again to check this?

Hiya sweetie, I've the same 2 as you & I'm experiencing the excat same thing but only difference is I've had the mirena in for almost 2 years. I'm bleeding so heavy it's scareing me šŸ˜² I haven't bled since 8 months into the coil. I'm planning on getting checked out you should defo do the same.. XX

Thank you. Deffo do go get urself chrcked. Iā€™m currently in process of seeing if I can have a hysterectomy as I think life will be so much better if it was just all taken away x
