For years i have struggled with my diet if i eat anything with yeast in it i get an infection /pain within hours this is a very limiting diet but i have gone from 3-4 a month to only rare if i make a mistake. recently i have symtoms of infection when i have severe pain in my bowel and loose all feeling in bladder ( which is normally fine) they have tested for infection and say no infection. im seeing specialist for a colonoscopy in new year. i follow the "eat right for your blood group diet " after the birth of my oldest son i had 10 months of infections . i cut out as much yeast as i could (not easy) from bread to fruit , alcohol anything femented. And so long as i dont make a mistake ie recipe ingredient change ive been more or less infection free for years until hysterectomy now i seem to be getting them again.

I get yeast infections CONSTANTLY. I was also on a lot of antibiotics as a child....at first I thought maybe I had Candida overgrowth in my intestines, but after a complete diet change and spending hundreds of dollars on probiotics nothing has changed. I have no idea what’s causing it. I feel your frustration!
