Sorry to hear u alot pain.
I have Gem-Stin which was partially covered by my health insurance. I have endo, pelvic floor dysfunction, and large ovarian cysts which rupture a lot. I use my TENS unit often. I can’t tell if it works in part like a placebo but it does work well. Having two different pads with various settings is good because you can experiment on a setting that works best for you. Also, because my pain isn’t just felt in one area, having the two pads on different parts of the body helps with minimizing pain. The first few times using the unit is a little awkward but I’m glad I have it. It does well on really bad days when I’m waiting for pain medicines to kick in and when a heating pad just isn’t doing it. Plus, the TENS unit is great for nerve pain. If you can get one that is covered by your insurance than go for it!
