Excision Surgery
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question šŸ’

I had advanced laparoscopic excision surgery last Thursday. I was feeling good until today, cramping, bloating, pain.... has anyone else experienced this after surgery?

Yikes! That is terrible pain. I know that pain, because I have had three open procedures. I am so very sorry. Do you have any pain meds left?

How are you feeling?

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member, when I had surgery, the doctors and nurses made sure I took Colace without taking me off pain meds. It worked for me.

Dr. Kanayama NY Endometriosis center.
It could be that Iā€™m still healing and have been trying to do too much too soon.
I go back to see the surgeons in a week.

Yes I have been having half a cup a day and it has made a big difference. BUT I just got my first period since surgery and the pain is awful! As bad as my c-section pain. I was expecting it to be bad, but not this bad.
