Mirena IUD And Mood Swings

I had a laparoscopy last May and had a Mirena IUD put in at the same time. Since then, I've had issues with anxiety, depression, fatigue, and mood swings that have been slowly getting worse (along with all the pain and then some that had sort of lessened after my laparoscopy). I'm not sure what to do, as it is getting harder and harder to get out of bed between the month long cramps and everything else. I had mirena for a year and bled that entire time. I would get it taken out.

I had Mirena for nearly 2 years made no difference just made things worse just recently had it taken out
