Today i am in a lot of pain, its hard to do anything at all. I have tried various painkillers and nothing has worked for me. Im getting my first laparoscopy next week to see if i have endometriosis or not, i have no idea what i could have. But i just need something to get rid of this, i struggled to even just walk my dog for 5 mins. Heat pads, hot water bottle, hot baths arent doing it. What brand of products do you use? I'm struggling to find cbd that works for me and I don't want to waste a bunch of money.
I haven't had surgery yet, but I like to do smoothies on days I struggle to eat. They are just a little easier for me to stomach than 'normal' food. Mint tea is also a favorite of mine for those days also.
As far as pain relief, I've found the most success with CBD oil, both oral and topical, not sure if that's an option for you, but I really like it.
