Since my first period, they’ve always been extremely heavy, lasting ~10-12 days. I remember having crippling pain just before and throughout the entirety of my period that would often have me curled up in bed or the bathroom floor, I even fainted in school a couple of times trying to tough it out. A heating pad and 4 ibuprofen every 4-6 hrs were the only things that helped manage my pain but never 100%. I think it could definitely be endo. The majority of my endo is on my bladder. You would probably need surgery for a definitive diagnosis. It can be progressive, so that may be why things are flaring now, or changing to an iud could alter hormones which might effect the pain. Mine all flared up right after I stopped bcp and got a non-hormonal iud. If it continues I would consider a laparoscopic surgery to diagnose. Find an excision specialist if you can.
