Definitely prep your bowels the constipation is horrible. Make sure to have Colace. Ice packs. I need soft food for the first few days because my throat hurts from the intubation. Make sure to have at least a week off work the first one they wanted me to go back in three days I definitely wasn't ready.

Ive had 4 laproscopy (3 for endo, 1 for gall bladder). Agree w/ someones comment on scar tissue but I had no choice. I believe my PCOS caused my infertility. W/ help of Specialist had 2 kids after 10+ yrs of trying. Have to rule out endo to proceed. Probably a week to recover 100%. But feel better after 3 days. Sleep in recliner after w/ shoulder pain until gasses get asorbed. Good luck.

Been a couple years dont remember cycle being bad. Just follow your Dr orders. I do remember it being a week before I could do some things. But back to normal by 2nd week.
