Simple sugars are one of the inflammatory foods that can make endo pain a lot worse. I'd recommend keeping more naturally sweet snacks (like apples or something, maybe even raisins?) at work for your blood sugar instead. It's also a healthier and more reliable approach to managing blood sugar even for people without endo pain. If it has to be a beverage, fruit juice might avoid the problems of soda.
I get terrible bloating and cramping related to the bloating after drinking soda.
Refined carbohydrates like sugar is bad for pain because it makes your blood sugar go up rapidly and then downward just as fast.
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member true but a few sips of soda is a easy way to raise blood sugar at work. Sigh no more soda for me
Too much soda and sugar food not very healty any way for any1 especially dor people who suffer from endometrosis.
