I’m Curious If Anyone Has A Retroverted Uterus?

Hi, I’m new to this! I’m looking for a bit of advice. I’ve never formally diagnosed with Endo. However, I suspect there is a possibility that I have it. My mother has it, and I have a lot of the typical Endo symptoms. When i first started my period, it was a monster, complete with a full on 7 day heavy bleeding, irregular, vomiting mess. Lots of cramping, lower back pain and cloudy urine. I’ve spent the last 10 years on birth control pills, but recently 6 months ago I stopped taking them as I’m 28 now and looking to start a family with my husband. Now that I’m no longer on the pill, I feel like my period has come back full force, yet I don’t bleed as heavy as I did previously. But I still have all the same symptoms I’ve always had, most annoyingly the lower back pain. I’ve previously had an ultrasound done that turned up nothing but extra, loose fluid and a retroverted uterus. I’m curious as to if any one else has a retroverted uterus? And how might that be related to Endo? I’m scheduled to have another ultrasound in 2 weeks, but I’m not sure what they might see. I’m not sure if I should be thinking about going to see a specialist at all? Please let me know if you have any advice for me. Thank you!

I was told I had one last year but I never heard much more about it to be honest. I don't think it's related to endo, I think they said it just happens with some women x

Hello and welcome to the group I'm not really sure if your uterus has anything to do with the Endo but you probably should see a specialist to see if you have Endo the only way I believe is to go inside but if you're not having any really bad pains or discomfort they will do a small procedure beforehand and then they'll determine whether or not you should have the surgery but I wish you all the luck when getting pregnant it look into other information from these ladies they've helped me a lot
