Conceive Naturally?

Had lap done end of April and have had one cycle since. Now TTC, doctor is giving us no more then 6 months before referring us to fertility doctor. Anyone able to conceive naturally for stage IV endo, feeling discouraged. Had an ectopic back in January treated with methotrexate and have come to find out about severe endo since.

Any success stories out there?
