You can get pregnant while on Visanne.It doesn't prevent pregnancy.
As for side effects, first 2 cycles after Visanne stopping aren't regular.
After I stopped it , i had my period after 4 weeks of stopping. After the period ended , just had severe bleeding a week later.
I also had flushing for sometimes after stopping it. But , it differs from one to another.
