Dr started my on Lyrica for pain and I just feel dizzy and groggy like.

It usually takes 10-14 days to get into your system. Let me know how this works out for you.

I can't tell if it's helping the pain or not. I'm taking tramadol as well right now. But it just makes me feel weird.

Except groggyness, feeling dizzy does it help with yr pain?

Are you taking it for nerve pain? That is one pill I won't take bc it makes you gain weight & feel all weird but everybody is different. I was just on Gabapentin & I could not handle that one bc it made me too tired. My legs are killing me with pain & waiting for the test on the nerves where they stick needles in the nerve. Best of luck to you . Try the pill out for about 10 days & if it doesn't agree with you then taper off but don't stop it completely or you will have bad side effects.
I did that with the Nortriptyline & I was very sick for a few days.
