Recovery After Laparoscopy

I am 8 weeks post Laparoscopy ( 2 months post-op).I experience some of my pelvic pain same as prior to Laparoscopy
I have pain at sacrum especially on prolonged sitting.Still, feel with burning inside at wound sites and feeling of soreness inside
I walk very slowly due to feelings with my wounds.I have nausea and pelvic pain with any type of food. But, especially with bread.
I read on Nancy's Nook that one may experience same pelvic pain as before Laparoscopy for up to 3 months.

Have you considered your pain to be from something in your diet?

Endo-diet is really difficult to me.I am already under weight.I try to decrease intake of inflammatory food but if i removed them totally , nothing would be left for eating except vegetables and fruits.
And also , i am not sure if diet is the cause.
