I have endo but also have degenerative lumbar disease, interstitial cystitis, fibromyalgia, TMJ disorder, both herpes and hashimotos thyroiditis.
You're definitely not alone. It's actually not uncommon for women with endo to have additional health issues.
Yes residual pain from MVA and my whole abdomin and pelvis area gets in severe pain. I have other undiadnosed pains all over.

I'm hesitant to go get the blood drawn to start the autoimmune workup. I'm convinced in ten years, endo will be classified as autoimmune. Anyway, I'll get there; I worked on it today trying to figure out which lab was in network.
My physical therapist recommended craniosacral therapy for the TMJ-like clenching I have. My dentist says it's not TMJ, but I clench my jaw at night and wear a night guard. I'll be honest; chiropractic always freaked me out so I haven't tried CST yet. This is the person my physical therapist recommended:

For the IC, my understanding is there's lots of diet changes that can be made and help? One of my BFFs has it and she is constantly messing with her diet to see if that's reducing/triggering her IC.
Degenerative lumbar disease? What the hell? We are too young for this 💩. I have a mild form of that too. My Mom saw a physiatrist for hers and said the exercises he gave her worked wonders. Apparently, that's not a physical therapist, it's a MD or DO who works in Physical Medicine and rehab.
