I have lower stomach, lower back , and pelvic pain all the time and it worse when I'm on period, which I suffer severe cramps. I have days where pain isn't as bad but never when lt doesn't exist. Have had recurring infections as well yeast and BV. Have had issues for 7 years now. There is pain with any insertion of speculum into vagina and they say vulvodemia for that? I would be highly suspicious for endo, as you have a lot of the same symptoms as I and I had a lot of it in me. Feel free to read my story and recommendations. Could also be pelvic floor dysfunction, which can cause pain with sex and speculum exams. But vulvadynia is also possible.

I only got better with an excision specialists. Don't know where you are, but if any of the ones I've listed in recommendations are nearby, might be worth a look.
