Ive been hvaing issues and feeling unwell for 7 years and have been constantly going to doctors all that time. No one was able to come up with an explanation for my pain. Endo only came up last year from a doctor at urgent care when I went in for the lower stomach and lower back pain. Went to gynecologist again after that and have been exploring options since then. They saod first treatment option was the birth control pills and I'm on the 3 month one now. They mentioned the shot as well but I didn't really want that.

It sounds like its definitely worth considering endometriosis. Have you discussed it with your doctor? Misdiagnosis leads to many women with endometriosis taking years (i think the average is 9!!!!!) to get diagnosed. If you have a feeling that might be it, make sure to find a doctor who takes you seriously and looks into it.
