Its been a week since my surgery, i want to start gettinng back into my workout routine. Where should I start? I know I cant do to much, but i need to get back to it. Is it to early? should i wait longer into my recovery?

I had to ask my excision surgeon all those things. She told me it depended on exactly what she had done in the surgery, so she wanted me to ask her before I did anything. I don't think there's any blanket advice to be given; it really depends on your surgery, imho.
